Honestly, its all about motivation. You need to decide that you will do your absolute best to achieve your goal. After that, make a plan (for the next two months etc) Write down exercises, how often, what to eat and when to eat and try to stick to that plan, if you miss a day or two of your plan, do not freak out and think that you have to start all over. Just relax and get back on it.
I would recommend 30 days shred or ripped in 30 + some cardio. On my journey thats what worked the best even though working out that hard everyday was a challenge. Drink lots of water. Get enough sleep. Never skip a meal. Be patient. :)
